How to add Boardera to Your Website

Done setting up your Boardera tool? Here’s how you can share your site with customers!


Can you guide me on how to add Boardera to my website?

There are two options you can use to add Boardera that do not require any technical effort. However, if you need help at any point, just contact support@boardera.ca and we will be happy to assist.

Share your store URL with customers and ask them to register/log in and help themselves to quotes and orders:

  • Your pricing will be fully protected by requiring registration and authentication from your customers. You can access the URL on your "Share" page, which will appear as follows: https://[YOUR ASSIGNED DOMAIN].pcborders.com.

  • Your login page, with your branding, will look like this:

Share the Quick Quote capable portal page URL with your customers:

This will give them added functionality that will allow them to register/log in OR use your PCBQuickPrice tool for quick estimates that do not require they register/authenticate. You can find your URL on the 'Share' page on your platform and will look like this: https://[YOUR ASSIGNED DOMAIN].pcborders.com/pcbsalescenter

The page will look like this with your branding. Note: the contact and link to the website will be yours.

I want a deeper integration with my website!

Great, we want that too! It is simple but will require you to update your website. There are a few options for this as well:

  1. If you want to force your website visitors to log in before they can see estimated pricing use one of these options:

    1. Add some new verbiage to your website calling your visitors to register for self-serve quotes and online ordering. Create a new button on your existing website that links to your registration/login page. Now users can help themselves online.

    2. If you do not want to force visitors to log in, you can embed an iFrame on your website that provides quick estimates to anyone who chooses to upload a project. You can simply cut and paste the autogenerated script from the ‘Share’ page of your instance.
